Tea drinking and the utensils around this pleasure are still my area of interest,I will use shards found in an Victorian tip as handles for tea caddies;and visual collage materials on the surfaces of my pieces to illustrate my diary - like narratives. I use colours and glazes my students have finished with and I find not quite knowing how the work will progress; satisfying.
Multiple firings and application of on – glaze enamels and transfers help to make rich the Surfaces of the work.
