In my opinion, a person’s mind can be thought of as a CD or videotape. It records images, memories and sounds. As an artist, it is my goal to record every unforgettable moment in my life through aesthetic exploration.

Every part of a tale or legend has a role to play in my landscape painting, allowing me to create vivid stories. I feel that compared with unchangeable landscapes, the narrative of an individual person seems such short and almost negligible.

Sometimes, I see myself as a ‘global visitor.’ Based on this, I have attempted to dig out all of my curiosity and imagination for reconstructing totally fresh memories into my work.
